Changing over from Lighthouse to Patient Engage. 2 issue right away.
When I text a patient about an open appt the message says for the pt to call the office to accept...WHYYYYYYY I am trying to get less calls. Plus many pts have the ability to respond with a quick Y or N in text, but can't make a call while at work. There is no option to customize that outgoing message to have the pt text their response instead of calling in.
Pt Engage doesn't identify an open appt and suggest a list of pts to contact. Really? This is a Dentrix program and since Henry Schein owns Lighthouse now, wouldn't they take come of the best features and incorporate them into Patient Engage?
I have other issues as well, with the health history info not populating...I was trying to reduce the amount of steps entering new patients and instead I feel like I have made my life worse.
