I'm not always seeing new texts that come in on the Patient Engage toolbar. When I open the "Hub" there may be new texts there that I haven't seen. NEW TEXTS RECEIVED NEED TO SHOW UP ON THE TOOLBAR!
Also, automated texts say "Reply HELP=help." What the heck does that mean? No patient needs to reply w/ "help" via text unless there's something I'm missing. PLEASE REMOVE "HELP=help" FROM AUTOMATED TEXTS.
