We are new to using Dentrix Hub for text message reminders. Our previous platform allowed more characters for text message reminders. We are having lots of no shows since the information we usually provide is so limited. Very frustrating!

Yes we need this ASAP!! All the other character limits are 320 but this is still 160 character limit!!
