There should be a way to copy and paste while in Patient Engage. Instead of me going to Dentrix hub1. We should be able to have more characters to make our own templates, and use them on the calendar and 2 way texting. Right now I am saying the same thing to each patient to confirm their appointments in the calendar. This is after the computer reminded them.
