It would be SO useful to have the confirmation emails show the patient's upcoming appt date/time AND provider who will be seeing them. This would be useful in any practice with multiple doctors. We work in a busy pediatric practice and often the schedule will change, changing providers. Right now, our admin team has to call each patient individually to advise them that they will be seeing a different doctor. If this could be done through Engage, it would save MANY hours of admin time.
