new Patient Engage needs to send 1 group text to confirm ALL family member names that day, not just one name

URGENT REQUEST!! The new Patient Engage text confirmations need to be formatted to send 1 text for family appointments and that 1 text needs to list ALL family members that day. For example, mom needs to get one text saying "Reply C to confirm Sally's appt at 2:00, Susy's appt at 2:00 and Bobby's appt at 2:30 on Feb 21" If family texting set up is turned off, the texting limits (3 per day) cause problems for us confirming family appointments. If family texting set up is turned on, I've been told it will send one text to mom but it will only list one name on the text. Oh my, that is even more problematic than the texting limits! Please remedy this ASAP or we will need to find a texting system that can do it. I definitely prefer keeping our software with HenrySchein but this texting trouble is critical and accuracy is crucial when confirming appointments. I didn't love the family texts with the previous eCentral Patient Communications but at least it listed each family member on the single text. Please configure Patient Engage texting to send 1 text that confirms each family member that day and/or change texting limits. It is absolutely crucial that text confirmations visually list each patient name to show whomever is confirming exactly who has an appointment and who is expected to be there in the office.

This. Patients are calling to ask why their 2nd family member wasn't confirmed.

YES PLEASE!!! IT IS SO FRUSTRATING WHEN THEY GET A TEXT REMINDER FOR 2 OF 3 SIBLINGS AND THEY ONLY SHOW UP WITH 2!!!

Completely agree with this request. We moved to Patient Engage from another system that sent 1 message to a family for all appointments in the same day. It was much easier and less confusing for the patients. We are not liking this system much at all so far.
