I wish on the two way text message that I could see a history of text messages, even if it is our automatic reminders. The issues I am running into, is I have HUB 1 technician enable all notifications, and I'm bombarded with 180 notifications and then I can see the history of text messages. OR I have them disable notifications, and I only see what the patient is replying. I do not see a history. Example notification goes out to a mom of 4 saying you have a dental appointment tomorrow. She replies, "is this for Jason?" I get a notification that I have a new text message. So click on it and I only "is this for Jason?" I do not see the reminder text of what she is reply to. So I have no context. This then forces me to click on her name and go into communication history just to figure out what she is referencing. This take way to much time. Enabling all notification is a problem becuase them I'm left with 180 notifications of new text messages and some of them are simplying patients replying "C" to confirm.
I wish there was a way things like replying "C" or us sending out our reminders does not show up as new notifications, but could still showup in the 2 way text thread, just not marked as new. However, then the only things that show up as new, is when they write a custom text that is not a command text like "C" or "STOP".
