When I get a text from a patient, I don't always see it because I have the Pt. Engage Live toolbar up, but it doesn't show me who sent a text unless we see it in email or I pull up Dentrix Hub. It would be helpful if it would appear on the toolbar. I know a notification appears for ABOUT ONE SECOND, but if I'm busy, I don't always see those, then I don't know when a pt. has sent a text. Definitely need to do some "tweeking" to the new system. If the toolbar is to be used and trusted, we need to be able to see all new info. on it.

Yes! We agree this is not a user-friendly design and would like to see this changed as well.
