It would be helpful if the HUB showed us by either a check box or symbol, or even an "E" or "T" with / throught it by their name, that patient has opted out of emails or text messaging. That way you don't have to go all the way into the patients file to see why we can't text them. It would also be nice that the system updated the patients " Patient Provided Cell Phone" every single time instead of sporadically. Most of the time I have to go in & add the cell number. We can't send them checkin texts without it!
