The ASAP list works well when in a crunch and need to fill an appointment. Though it does not keep any record as to previous texts or communication with the patient. It would be awesome if it would integrate with HUB1, if a patient were to text back we can easily identify.
Also, could we include an option button for the first patient of the group that wants the appointment to claim it?

We make notes on the appointment book as well. But if you have that information right there it would be great if it was integrated. It is not an efficient list; you have to look for the patient in appointment search (which if you do not write name exactly it won't even give you a similar result. And don't press enter because search will disappear) go to appointment date and document that you called. This a dummy list and has no interaction with the rest of Dentrix.

We make notes in the appointment notes as to when an appointment was offered/declined and why.
