opt out of collecting patients email

With having older patients they don't have an email or don't know how to work one. When they are in checkout we have to put a note in, every time, for the reason for not completing is that they don't have one. If there was a way in the patients information for us to put that they don't have one would save time.

    I just type in n/a in the email field personally.
