I believe this would be useful to be able to see what patients are not being contacted through Lighthouse, our appointment reminder system, because there is not one of those options listed for them in their Family File. It would be an added help to filling our schedule by being able to personally contact those patients if they are not scheduled because they are not getting reminders since we do not have their information.
