It would be nice to have a box if we don't want to remind the patient of a particular appointment, that the box was connected to either the HUB or any other appointment reminder companies like Smile Reminders, Lighthouse, or Weave. We have a patient that will be seeing an oral surgeon & he will be delivering patient's denture. Had to make an appointment on our schedule to be able to create the lap slip, so the lap slip had the correct delivery date. Patient didn't have an actual appointment with us & the confirmation texts & emails still went out to patient. It is very confusing for them.
