Please considering sending out notifications to offices in regards to known software issues (Patient Engage, E-prescribe, etc). I spent 40 minutes on hold to be told there was a known issue with Patient Engage and they are working to resolve with no ETA of resolution. If there is a known issue please update offices using the particular service as a courtesy to your customers. Offices are busy and we don't have time to waste on a known problem that could have been updated via an email.
We had a similar issue with not being notified that there was a known problem about patient payments (through email or text link) are not being imported to Dentrix. If we had sent out billing statements, it could have had the dozens of patient, who were affected, lose trust in us.
It's nice to receive emails from info@Dentrix.com that gives us some insight about future scheduled maintenance.
