I like the Fill appt to be able to send a text to patients on ASAP list or broken list, though I find myself switching back and forth from the two windows because on the Appt List window I can access more information about the pt, appt, ledger, etc. It almost seems redundant to have 2 windows. I really hope that they can be integrated into 1 which will make it more user friendly.
Also, the option to send an e-mail instead of text for those pt's who prefer e-mail communication.
