Include Nonpatients/Inactive Patients in Patient Engage

Send texts/communication to EVERY patient in our schedule, not just "Active" patients. We're having to revamp how we deal with new patients and emergency visits to make sure all of our patients get the proper communication. Marking every patient Active skews reports, so we're having to go back afterwards to mark them inactive. And if we just create a NP Appt, we're not able to import x-rays or add insurances. This restriction is very inconvenient. Thank you~

    Yes please!!! It's not feasible to just create a New Patient Appt in our Pediatric Specialist office, we need to add Parent Info.
