When entering a new patient status the system should default to "Patient" not "Non-Patient"

When the patient is put in as a "Non-Patient" they will not be active in Patient Engage which means they will not receive notifications about their upcoming appointment, nor will you be able to send them new patient forms to complete.

    This is the most inconvenient update ever. I am so annoyed that once you've seen a patient, just as a drop in/spec, it'll automatically update their file to patient, and it doesn't matter how many times you set it back to non patient, if you see the patient for a follow up, it once again marks them as patient. The headache this update has caused is ridiculous.
