In the billing statement options, it would be nice to have a selection for choosing patient "status". For example: ALL, Active, Inactive, Non-Patient, ect.
Our office added a second location (doctor bought an older practice) and I am trying to send statements out but the accounts receivable was not kept up on so I have to go through ALL patient's (inactive and active) individually and change their billing status. It would be nice to have an option to ONLY send to active patients.
