Whenever I send out billing statements I always get phone calls with complaints that it was sent to the guarantor even though it is the balance of a different patient in that family. It would be helpful to have just the patients name on the statement instead of the guarantor.

YES! agreed, This needs to be fixed urgently. We have the same issues. All though they share the same insurance. Patients want to pay their own balances and its not always the guarantor who is paying the bill.
We need this URGENTLY!!!! Too many patients are confused when we send out billing statements, especially if there are more than 3 people in a family.
