It would be very useful to be able to send statements to patients that are tied to specific procedures. Our most common questions about billing is why patients have a specific balance. If the ledger is complex it is not readily clear from the statement where the charge comes from. The idea is to have statements similar to medical office statements/EOBs that list the procedure, the office fee, the insurance fee and the patients's portion and any amounts still due.
