After the recent update, the statements are printing when a patient has a partially paid claim. The box in the billing area stating "Unless Claim is Partially Paid" makes it seem like I should check it when I want the statements to print when there is a partially paid claim. I did not want and have never wanted to print statements when there is a claim open or partially open. Up until this month, the statements would not print but now they are printing when there is a partially paid claim. I think the programmers mixed up how it was. The wording is very confusing. Please make a change to update the wording to properly indicate what to check or uncheck when you do not want statements to print for those with open claims or partially open claims. Thank you,
