When we email our invoices out and the patient clicks to pay via CC. We would like for them to only have the options to pay the full amount due and remove the option for them to pay whatever amount they would like. Some offices may wish to keep this feature. We just think it should be a choice.

I agree 100%. We are Out of Network providers, so the payments from the insurance company do not come to our office, they go to the subscriber.
