When I sent billing statements electronically they do not copy into the document center anymore after the latest G7.3 update. When a patient calls to inquire about what was sent to them I cant view along with them what was sent. Please add this feature back in. I also cant scan into the doc center category "Billing Statements" when I add a note to the statement. This whole area needs addressed. It's very disrupting to my billing process and makes for a lack of thorough billing to patients on my end!!! Dentrix support has no suggestions and has told me "it is a known issue" Please FIX!!
