Adding a “New patient” status in the family file would be a great idea!
There are many votes for other ideas that are asking that the DOB could be entered in the NP window. Several users shared their work-around in the comment section, but this simple change would solve pretty much all of these issues with being able to enter more demographic info and being able to attach imported x-rays.
