New Update 24.21.0.28323
When Creating a New Appointment for a patient who has never been in the office the software now REQUIRES you to create a Family File or Add Family Member. Both of which adds the never seen patient into the Database. Often new appointments do not show and are now in the Database for the office. This will clutter the office patient Database with patients that have made appointments and never presented to the office for treatment. Please address this.
