If you are not going to properly group and confirm family appointments, then remove auto reminder/confirmation text limitations. Why are the auto reminders/confirmations limited but you can send as many one-off messages as you want?? I don't understand. Especially when the previous system DID group into one text with all the names and did not have limits that impeded office efficiency, accuracy and function.
