I believe that with an email you can combine family members with appointments for the same day in a single reminder. Can we look at that with texting. Some of my parents forget to bring another child because they did not get a text with that child's name. They are listed under the same phone number.

We have had several call in the past asking if one or two of the family members had an appointment on the same day as others. We are just now seeing that not everyone is getting their reminders. We were not told that the whole family would not be notified via text. This needs to be addressed ASAP. We have no patients that want an email reminder. We left a company we had because we were told this system being a part of Dentrix would give us more options. So far I want the other system back.
