It would be great if the SaveTheDate reminder in Patient Engage was a smart reminder that could detect when Pre-Appointment Reminders are scheduled for a Patient's Appointment, so that 2 reminders are not potentially scheduled for the same day which would cause an issue with only receiving one of the reminders due to a patient being in Opt-neutral.
For Example, patient's by default are placed in opt-neutral, so if there is a Text Pre-appointment reminder for 2 days in advance, the Text Save The Date Reminder will send out, thus prohibiting the Pre-appointment reminder from sending out due to reaching the messaging limit for Text Messaging. This scenario would also prevent the Patient from being able to confirm their appointment from the 2-day pre-appointment reminder.
