Why is there no longer an "update payment table" yes/no button when itemizing insurance payments for procedures attached to an insurance claim?? I was told by tech support that we have to physically type in any new updated payment to the payment table in the space under where we enter the actual itemized payment by procedure code......WHY???? This is double the data entry than just being able to click a button!!! That is SO MUCH MORE WORK than just being able to do a simple click on "yes" in order to update a particular payment if it has changed for a specific code and insurance plan. If you look into the help section on your website and also the user manual within Dentrix it shows the update yes/no buttons available, why did you take it away????.....HOTFIX PLEASE!!!!!!
