The new insurance set up sucks. We don't want to have to click "yes" to save everything every time we adjust something. We don't want to have to enter the insurance to the patient chart and get out of the window to "save" it in their family file before we can adjust benefit information. The way things are set up now is much more difficult to navigate - it was so convenient before, now you have to go through 5 extra steps to get anything done and it takes forever.
