When setting up a new insurance it would be nice to have another box for optional information that will show up on "Select Primary Dental Insurance Plan" box. Make it take the place of "Local #". I have ran into where one employer has the same group number for all of their policies but they are slightly different from each other. Especially the max or percentages of coverage. Adding a box under the Group Plan box will allow us to enter the information seperately. It would also be nice to have a seperate Notes box that is just for that particular pt & doesn't go on any other patient's insurance. I just seen a patient that has already used her 1x per life for night guards, no where to put it just for her.
