It's really annoying when you needed to adjust insurance claims (delete insurance claims in order to adjust procedure codes or add lab fee), but then you can't re-enter the payments received "May 1st", because new claim generated after codes or lab fee adjusted is on "May 15th" - Keep getting messages "The Payment Date is Prior to Date Sent" -- We should be able to override that manually. It's so very annoying when we have to call Dentrix just for that. It's such a waste of time!
