I need to remove the current credits on statement, it confuses the patients when theres no credit remaining. The new balance is correct but that should be the only thing stated on the statement. Since the update my statements have been messed up. Also think its a good idea if you allow a screen shot when chatting. I have to put a hold on sending statements until this can be resolved.
