I don't know what has changed on the back end but statements are currently a mess. For the last 6 months, generating the statement report would put a journal entry in each person's account. I would review them and delete the journal entries of patient whose statements weren't actually sent. The last 2 times we've generated statements, it has put no journal entries for any patients, except one. And they get EVERY journal entry for the entire group. There is over 100 "billing statement" journal entries in one patient's office journal!
This wouldn't be a huge issue except that we've got to select, choose delete (no quick key) and confirm for a half a day before anyone will be able to see the older entries! If we could highlight and mass delete like it was the batch processor, I wouldn't need to spend so many man hours on working around another Dentrix issue.
