Walkout statement shows a credit if there are secondary claims still pending, even if patient owes something for today. Even if the secondary is not expected to pay anything (because primary paid 100%), Dentrix shows that the patient has a credit, even though there is nothing actually pending from secondary. I thought something is wrong with a setting or with my system, but I was told that's how the software is, and that I would have to post zero payments in ALL pending claims, then delete all those fake zero payments for walkout statement to show actual amount due from patient. This can't be right?!?
