we do not work with insurance and have our dentrix system set that way and when statements are printed in office or sent by mail through dentrix quickbill it does not show insurance portions or estimates. estatements does show this information because of how it was built it can not be modified. HELP This needs to be changed. Patients are confused by this!!!!
