We just had QuickBill installed to our program so that we could now email statements to patients. The mailed home statements look perfect, but the emailed ones have a "Please Pay This Amount" that shows a balance that is not correct due to the fact that we are Out of Network provider and the payments go to the subscribers, not to us.
