When a patient has a payment plan Dentrix automatically defaults to have any payment made to the account apply to the payment plan. It's frustrating because there are different family members, different arrangements, and it is VERY RARE that we would ever want a payment to apply to the existing payment agreement. I would LOVE to have Dentrix correct the default and let us manually check the box on those very rare occasions when it would be convenient and not have to manually uncheck EVERY other time.
