We have two insurance plans entered solely for us to be able to manually use the eligibility status part of dentrix. however, the new system tries to check eligibility for these plans even though there's no payor ID. when it does this it erases our notes and expiration dates. We get authorizations with a time frame. We have been able to manually enter "eligible" and put the expiration date. Then we can see at a glance if all patients scheduled that day have their auths in. This has created a huge problem for us as we can no longer see the day at a glance but instead have to manually track them. Will this be something they fix?
