In Canada most offices do not accept assignment of benefits to the office. So when we send the insurance claim, dentrix asks us if we want to record a 0 payment which we do. But the Description is "Insurance payment-cheque". This is confusing since we are not getting a cheque. When we were on G7.4, it was different (I think it was just blank).
