Attachments don't always get sent along with the eClaim.

We had G3 and had to upgrade to G7.3. We never had any problem with attachments being sent successfully in G3. The Attachment Status Report was always accurate. In G7.3, sometimes some of the attachments are sent successfully and sometimes they are not. Today, I sent two claims, both with attachments. Both claims were Received on the Confirmation Report but there was only one claim on the Attachment Status Report. Last month (Feb 2020) there are attachments with all claims but there wasn't an Attachment Status Report. Nothing was rejected. Please fix this issue because insurance requires attachments for some procedures. Thank you.

    I still have this issue. We have been current with our Dentrix updates, but we find that benefit companies don't accept attachments or they don't get sent completely. It's a pain.
    We are glad to talk about this more and create a solution. It's frustrating and time consuming to track all this down. Thanks.
