Insurance companies are not receiving attachments that are sent with a CHC#. When attachments were sent with NEA #s, the attachments were received and insurance companies were able to open them. So many of the claims I submit now have to be resubmitted by mail due to attachments are not going through. Please go back to sending attachments through NEA.

This is increasingly time wasting. I had three claims submitted yesterday that had rejected attachments. When you have to call insurance to get them to look for attachments, you are on hold for a very long time. CHC is not working like NEA.
I agree This issue started when the attachments changed from NEA to CHC. I have to call multiple times especially Aetna dental to tell them to look up the #CHC and amazingly they find it. Not sure which side has the issue but it costs us time and $ to call every time. (typically it is on secondary insurance claims requiring primary EOB.)
