Converting from NEA to CHC has caused many glitches and delays in claims processing for all of our offices. Many of the insurance carriers are not receiving the attachments sent with electronic claims now that they are CHC. Please revert back to NEA!

Claim problems. Customer Service will not accept CHC on the denied claims and are not getting the attachments. This is frustrating as it is delaying payment to the office. Unacceptable.
Attachments not going through. DeltaOK. Various insurance. Starting to send claims with attachments separately from others, but still rejected.
We are having the same issue. I just spoke to Cigna this morning- huge insurance company and was informed that they can not acces CHC attachements. This is a huge problem and this is not the first that we have had problems with. Very frustrating, especially because when we contact support are told that it should be there.
We are having multiple insurance companies unable to identify this new CHC number. It is causing delays in claim payment and resubmissions - both things are extremely costly to your customers.
