we have had a 6 MONTH issue with attachments not being received with our claims. Every month you charge us for electronic claims and attachments even though we have constantly reported problems! Very Very annoyed! Thinking of switching our eclaims provider . Customer ID 9651
Ever since the move to CHC(change healthcare) secondary claims with attachments are kicked back as needing the same attachment info that was attached. Never happened when they were NEA #'s Please fix!!most issues with Aetna.
