Please add a way to approve which attachments are automatically selected to go with the electronic claims. At this time we are finding that it is selecting the wrong things and we have no way to edit this or override except to just turn off the feature all together. Thank you.
Please note that you can change the attachments after they have been added by going into the claim and selecting the button "include attachments." This will allow you to view and edit what was automatically attached. Additionally, the attachment requirements can be customized by procedure code and by insurance company. For example, if you know that a particular code for a specific insurance company does require an image - you can add these rules in the ledger through direct processing setup. Please make a way to enable us to be able to approve which attachments are auto attached to an electronic claim before submitting. It is pulling probings that do not concede with the first probings taken before surgery, etc.
