We upgraded from G4 to G7.3 and Dentrix no longer creates secondary claims automatically with the same attachments attached to the primary claim. Dentrix randomly picks what it thinks the secondary claim needs, which results in wrong documentation, missing documentation and extra time spent in claim billing. The workkaround is to write down all the primary claim attachments and then attach each, one by one, to the secondary claim. Please restore the G4 way of creating secondary claims with attachments.
