I ran the "Secondary Insurance Claims Not Created" report, and every single one of the entries was for a claim that was paid in full by the primary insurance plan. They just happened to have secondary insurance, which did not need to be used. Dentrix "workaround" is to go the trouble of creating a secondary claim anyway, and marking it with zero payment to close it out. Totally unnecessary work on our part.
