Ledger isn't updating when an insurance payment is posted

since the recent update, each time I post an insurance check, the payment does not reflect on the patient's ledger. I have to go out of the ledger and go back in. Dentrix is already full of clicks, no need to make it worse!!!!!

Ability to add Canadian Address

We used to be able to enter Canadian addresses in the family file. We are no longer able to do this. Our office is on the board of the US and Canada. We have Canadian patients with Canadian addresses. This needs to be corrected.
