Select a printer before printing walkout statement so we can easily select to save and email the receipt

Some patients want to email their receipt, some wanted printed, we should be able to select the printer each time like when we print a treatment plan.

Benefit calculation for plans that preventative doesn't decrease annual max

We are seeing a lot of plans that don't reduce annual max with any of the preventative codes. Can Dentrix add an option to not reduce the maximum calculation for these codes?
