Need to Get lab case report per case with production and collection Information

Need to run a lab case report, including patient name, code, amount billed, amount collected with adjustable time period. this report helps with provider collection follow up and expense to be paid. Also to be add to the Practice analysis report.

Time clock summary page to include categories such as overtime

The hours summary printed on the last page is not very useful since it does not show breakdown of overtime, holiday, sick, or vacation.
