as insurance can become ineligible at the day of the appointment, there should be an option to running eligibility check on the appointment day. It is not enough to check eligibility 7 days ahead.
There is an option. you can run it from the Family file or Appt book manually by clicking on the E. Also, if you add an appt to the calendar on the same day, it will auto run for you.
